Reconstruction of existing Sanatorium to unique luxury Hotel of area 11000 m2, including SPA complex (indoor and outdoor pool, various treatments) of 5000 m2, beach pavilion, outdoor panoramic elevator, etc. Five star hotel complex is now one of the most prestigious places in largest Russian resort on Black Sea. Design has been developed based on concept developed by Matteo Thun Architects.
